SHIPPING

Casa Alma is based out of Ontario, Canada and charges the sales taxes (HST) applicable to Ontario. Orders shipped outside of Ontario are charged HST. If you live outside of our shipping area please contact us and we can quote a shipping charge.

*Please note, due to the weight of some products, they will require an additional shipping fee on top of our standard rates. This will be noted in the the product description.

Lead Times

In stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Some lighting, furniture, rugs and art ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Each item and manufacturers have different shipping lead times. Once you place an order we'll contact you within 48hrs to give you an approximate lead time. Once your item is shipped you'll receive a tracking number where you'll be able to track the package and know its exact delivery date. Orders with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers and different arrival dates. Items with longer lead times will outline this in the product description. Please allow 2-4 week for delivery on most in stock items.

Please note furniture deliveries are curb side only. Meaning the delivery people do not enter the home or assemble the furniture. White glove service may be requested in certain areas at an extra cost.

We do our best to feature in stock items but in some instances products can sell out before we have the chance to update our website. If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact with you with an estimated stock date. If the date isn't to your liking we will reimburse you 100% and / or suggest a similar in stock item. Please contact us for stock inventory and specific lead times.
